BOOKING POLICY

Please be mindful of our policies outlined below & bare this in mind when booking your appointment. By booking an appointment you are agreeing to this.

Please note that all appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit. If you need to reschedule your appointment, this deposit can only be transferred once if outside of the cancelation window.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know at least 48 hours before your treatment is due to take place. Failure to do so within 48 hours will result in a 100% cancellation charge of your total treatment price.

These payments will be taken form the stored card on record and you will be unable to book any more appointments until this fee is paid.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will automatically be terminated & our booking policy will be implemented.

Please also note that we do not allow children under the age of 16 in the salon. If you arrive to your appointment accompanied by someone under the age of 16, your appointment will automatically be terminated and our booking policy will be implimented. If you are attending a SPMU appointment, please ensure you come alone. We do not allow anyone else in the salon for SPMU appointments for clinical reasons.

DELAYED POLICY

If you have an appointment booked in, please ensure you leave plenty of time to get to us and take into consideration, traffic, road closures, temp lights ect

With that in mind please can I politely ask that you do not arrive early for your appointment. Please note that I work from a home based salon on a 121 basis with clients. Unfortunately I do not have a waiting area so if you arrive earlier than your treatment time then you will be waiting outside.

If you do happen to arrive early then please message me first before knocking. If I am ready for you early then I will let you know however if not then you will need to wait until your treatment time

UNDER 16 POLICY

Please note that we do not allow children under the age of 16 in the salon. This is due to insurance purposes, with lots of sharp tools, hot waxes and chemicals around the room,

I would not forgive myself if anything was to happen.

I never want my work to be compromised as you all deserve the best treatment and experience. I want my clients to be able to relax during their appointment as this time is for YOU to switch off and relax.

So please ensure that the relevant child care is arrange before attending your appointment.
